N.C. Listening Session on Proposed Fresh Produce Safety Rule

Commissioner Steve Troxler and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services are hosting a listening session with FDA on February 20, 2013, in Raleigh, N.C., regarding the recently released proposed fresh produce rule. This is an opportunity for the public to hear from FDA and ask questions prior to the close of the comment period on May 16, 2013.
